I remember that Sonny concert at the Jazz à Vienne festival in 2011, where the encore lasted longer than the concert itself. I was the official photographer that year. Sonny had warmed up his saxophone all day backstage under the stage of the ancient Roman theater, wearing a silk stocking over his head. His scales echoed through the dressing rooms and arenas... unforgettable moments!
